WebI bought and farmed mats for the Robe of Power but when I saw this I decided to get this instead since my priest is almost lvl 40 anyway. It's only 1 intell less from RoP but +5 hit rating and +2 sp pwr. Buying mats for the Dreamweave vest was cheaper than mats for the Robe of Power on my realm.
