Stillwell is hopeful that by making the cost of disposal more affordable, the community will get behind it and start recycling their old electronics. WebStarting this week, Horowhenua residents are now able to recycle their e-waste at the Foxton Transfer Station and Resource Recovery Park! The new e-waste recycling service will be available on Monday, Thursday and Friday from 12pm to 4pm, and on Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 4pm.
