It's currently mild and I've read so many mixed things. I would recommend paleo (whole food diet) to everyone but there are histamine-creating foods in the paleo diet that I am trying to eliminate to see if that makes a difference (i.e. Dairy, acidic foods, etc) because histamine can be a trigger.
